Our Story
The Plaza was our first solo project. Two years later we opened Society, expanding warm hospitality, inventive drinks and memorable nights.
Hatters, started by Vinnie and now our third venue, keeps its spirit while adding creative cocktails, regular events and a full kitchen.
Together, the three venues offer great service, imaginative drinks and unforgettable experiences—each with its own character.
