At Hatters, we take food allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements seriously and will always do our best to accommodate our guests wherever possible.

Please be aware that all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens including, but not limited to, cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soya, celery, mustard, sulphites and lupin.

Due to the size of our kitchen and the equipment available, some food preparation and cooking may take place using shared equipment and preparation areas. While we take every reasonable precaution to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, coeliac disease or any specific dietary requirement, we strongly recommend contacting us before your visit and making us aware of your needs when booking. This gives our team the best possible opportunity to source suitable ingredients, plan preparation methods and ensure we can provide you with the safest and most enjoyable dining experience possible.

At Hatters, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy a great meal with family and friends. Where possible, if suitable alternatives are not currently listed on our menu, we are happy to source additional ingredients or products in advance to accommodate dietary requirements and create the best possible Hatters experience for you.
